Yaron Soffer
Entrepreneur and CEO with over 30 years of technical and management experience in medium size, high tech companies and, for the last 20 years, as the founder and CEO of several start-ups. At the same time, Yaron has served as a senior advisor to CEOs of start-ups, as well as those of larger companies, supporting young CEOs in their first steps and helping experienced CEOs with special ‘emergency’ tasks in a variety of fields; this has included assisting with off-shore operations, technical-business challenges, and more.
Yaron holds a BsC in Electrical Engineering (summa cum laude) and a MsC in digital communications (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.
Nir Pery
Research & Development executive with more than 25 years of experience leading diverse R&D departments and Product groups, both in local and international companies with multiply global sites. Nir possesses deep knowledge of the enterprise SW, telecom, security and surveillance, and has vast experience with leading transformational organization changes, growing development teams, and turning challenges into successes.
Nir holds a BsC in Electrical Engineering (summa cum laude) and a MBA from Tel Aviv university.

Organizational psychologist and therapist with expertise in leaders’ group counseling, leadership development, group dynamics, and personal coaching. Over 25 years working with a variety of Hi-Tech organizations, from start-ups to multinational corporations, leading impactful processes which have allowed individuals and groups to thrive in their work environments.
She has a BA in Psychology and a MA degree in Industrial Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan university, along with a Couple & Family Therapist diploma.
